We had a really great experience at Sprouts, thanks in large part to Carlos andTaylor. My friends and I came in with a pretty specific (and slightly tricky) request—we were doing a grocery shopping challenge where we had to reach an exact total. Carlos was already being very helpful and patient, and when Taylor stepped in, he took things even further. He quickly understood what we were trying to do, helped us adjust our items, and made sure everything added up perfectly. He was efficient, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help. What could have been a stressful situation ended up being easy and even fun. Overall, excellent customer service!

Shoutout to Cashier Carlos and Manager Taylor at Sprouts for going above and beyond! My friends and I came in needing to spend an exact amount for a challenge, which definitely isn’t the easiest request. Carlos was already helping us and being very patient, and when Taylor came over, he immediately jumped in and got everything handled. He was quick, attentive, and really made sure we left with exactly what we needed. You can tell he knows how to take care of customers and keep things running smoothly. It honestly felt like he treats every customer with that same level of attention. Really appreciated the help from both him and Carlos! Safe to say I’ll be coming back to this location, even though it’s not the closest one.

I was in account today and had the best customer service from the receiver Heidi. She greeted me positively and was willing to work with me to figure out the sales planner. Thanks again Heidi.

Desiree Brown is one of the best workers there. Every time I come in, she is very pleasant, professional, and genuinely seems to enjoy her work. She always has a smile and is quick to help whenever I ask. She even knows exactly where I should look to find what I came in for. Great customer service every time!
