I’m a frequent loyal customer at Whole Foods Market, and I’m honestly disappointed with how the seating area is being managed. On a near-daily basis, a large group comes in and takes over multiple tables sometimes up to four at a time, including the patio. This consistently leaves little to no seating for actual customers who are purchasing food and drinks. I’ve had to leave more than once because there was simply nowhere to sit. (I’m attaching pictures different days different gamers, different areas as you can see. They’re all over the place.) What’s unacceptable is that this group stays for hours, is loud, and appears to bring their own beverages (tumblers) and even outside snacks. On at least one occasion, I could clearly smell alcohol on them, which raises serious concerns about what’s being allowed inside the store. When I politely asked to use an extra chair they weren’t using, they refused despite having more chairs than needed. This kind of behavior, combined with the lack of available seating, creates a frustrating and unwelcoming environment. I’ve already raised this with staff, but was told nothing can be done. That’s not a sufficient response. This is a grocery store with a café not a space for large groups to occupy tables for hours while bringing their own food and drinks and disrupting the environment. Management needs to step in and enforce basic policies so paying customers can actually use the space as intended.

This Whole Foods location in Paradise Valley is bright, spacious, and easy to navigate. The produce and prepared foods sections are especially strong, making it a great place to pick up fresh ingredients or a quick meal. The overall atmosphere feels calm and well organized, which makes grocery shopping a bit more enjoyable.

Stopped by this location today to grab some items for our Halloween party and they didn’t disappoint. They had everything I needed and more. Plus many allergy friendly Halloween themed candies and snacks. The cakes they had were adorable and it was hard to pick just one. The store wasn’t too busy and we used self check out when we were done. The employee at the self check out area was so kind and helpful. We love this location.

My first time here..it was def in the ritzy area. I only came here to drop off my Amazon returns, I did look around and it's very well kept and they had a lot of fresh hot food you can box up and take home. It's too expensive for my taste though. I wanted some marinated olives because they do have a mixture of fresh olives, and there were 12 bucks a lb. Lol

Produce department always shines and is well stocked. As are all the aisles. But the deli is always a pain. They seem to have plenty of staff that are always doing anything but helping people get things; I waited for 20 minutes, 3 people were waiting for the deli along the front, I was the only one standing in front of the pizza area, I just wanted to have a pizza made. I tried to get the attention of the guy making pizzas. Not one person stopped what they were doing to ask any of us if we wanted anything. So I took my pizza business to federal across the street. Costs more but it will be done sometime this century. Every pizza person I’ve had here has seemed like their life is miserable. Whole Foods. Incentivize the pizza people. Make them not hate us. Please!
