To get a weekly special discount, you have to use their app. It really annoys me to waste time on the app every time I’m in the store. Plus, the app keeps forcing me to update it. I don’t have enough storage space on my phone, and updating it in the store is a hassle. It always takes forever, so I end up giving up. That’s why sometimes I can’t get the discount at all. This store is really inconsiderate toward its customers. Although it’s corporate policy, this store is still part of Kroger, so it’s only fair that it takes some of the criticism. Most of workers are so friendly and helpful. Store is clean, pretty organized . But one woman ( usually working evening to night) , when my register called helpers, just keep talking with customers even she already noticed it. . Prefer private talk than work? Also I had few bad experiences with her. Kind of rude

I've been shopping at this grocery store since I've moved into the area in 2021. We prefer to use the online ordering and pickup, as it is faster for us to do so with little kid. What's really disappointing is that it feels like when we order online and do pickup is that the choices made for our food are less desirable. I have gotten squished bags of chips or boxes of cereal, moldy fruit, moldy mayonnaise even, dented cans etc. Items that I get often randomly end up being marked delivery only, which feels like I'm being discouraged from using their online portal. Going into the store and choosing my own items is fine, but utilizing their online system. I feel like a second class customer. Their website redesigns are also less and less user-friendly, it's almost like they don't want us to shop on their website. I have also pointed this out in surveys, so this should not be new news to the their management.

Not a bad store. Sunday around 12:00 noon, we were buying some needed ingredients for our hotdogs backyard cookout! Bacon wrapped sausage, chips, hotdog buns, soda, etc. Quick stop. This is only our second time at this location in about 1 year lol. Parking lot wasn’t bad, not crowded. The store is actually quite big, to my eyes lol. Well organized, looked cleaned. We paid through the self check out to avoid the cashiers, but of course, it got stuck so the self check out staff had to come and fix it. She was quick and friendly. Very satisfied with that excellent interaction.
