I’m visiting the area and stopped by this Raley’s on Freeport Blvd. It looks like they recently moved to a new, modern location with restaurants nearby. The store was clean, had self-checkout, and even a nice upstairs lounge area. A few shelves were empty, but overall it was a great place to shop.

Please do NOOOT go to this location! Although their aisles look well-maintained, they have rude employees and poor customer service in-person and on the phone.

First time at this particular Raley’s store. Loved the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything is categorized and easy to find. Lots of fresh cook and uncooked foods and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, the service is very disappointed. The check out clerks was rude and not very helpful in helping customers to familiarize with the SE reward program.
