What amazing staff! As visitors from Australia, we attended this gem of a store today and were blown away by the friendliness of the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful and happy. We had 2 young girls serve us at the checkout who were just so kind, and the supervisor helped us get the member discount and gave us recommendations of places to visit in the area. What a great store.

I dealt with Sarah the florist today- and I just had to share my experience. She made the most beautiful bouquet out of the flowers I provided, a wonder service rayleys provides for a low cost. She lead with compassion, kindness, and sympathy and I am so grateful to have had her make my arrangement. She was extremely educated about flowers and plants and left me super happy. Thank you Sarah!

Raley’s on Folsom Blvd in Sacramento is one of the Raley’s I haven’t come to grocery shopping for the last few years. The store inside still keeps up pretty well, and all departments are well organized. The employees are very helpful as well. However, the parking lot might make me not want to go to this Raley’s because many homeless people walk around in the parking lot. I don’t feel comfortable to park my car there. I pick up a few things and leave quickly!

Hello Raley’s my experience is great in the store but scary around the store because of all the stuff that goes around dollar tree and the recycle place next to Raley’s! The lighting in the back of these stores is very dim and needs to be brighter thank you for listening!

Getting scuzzier with each visit. It's sad. This is the first store I regularly visited starting when my wife and I moved to the area in 1992. About half my recent visits have been unpleasant, though I know where everything is, so I've kept going back. My wife will no longer go there. It's dirty in places. Is no one assigned to clean the cart storage area? Some of the staff have no social skills. Last visit, I said hi to the checker. He ignored me, went demonstrably through my bags as if I had stashed something, and yelled toward a coworker while never making eye contact with me. Is this the best you can do? Some of the staff I had known for decades, but they appear to be gone. So am I, I'm afraid. At this trajectory, this store is on its way out. This is how a food deserts happen.
