Raley's usually sits in that “slightly better than budget grocery” lane, but this visit didn’t really back that reputation up. Store felt a bit tired and not as well kept as expected. Some sections were understocked or messy, and it made simple grocery shopping feel more like searching than grabbing. Prices are still on the higher side for what you’re getting, which makes the lack of polish stand out even more. Staff was fine, nothing wrong there, just not enough to elevate the experience. Overall it gets the job done, but it definitely didn’t feel like the clean, reliable grocery run it usually aims to be.

First off become a member! Its an easy process which can be done online by downloading the Raleys app. Wish I would have done it sooner since I shop here all the time and could have saved a ton on discounts. Regardless I'm a member now and its great, this store has about everything you would want or need and the self checkout makes it easier to grab things like milk and eggs and leave without standing in long lines. There's a Starbucks inside, including a salad bar and sandwich spot.

When I am hungry and crave for a certain food I choose to go to Raleys. They have the takeout bar which have yummy food varieties to choose. Very clean store and nice area of Natomas in Sacramento. Check it out!

I came here at 7:55 to pick up the order it is now 8:21 and for some reason the staff here doesn't know how to do the orders and I've been sitting here waiting for like 20 minutes by one person brings a machine, this is crazy unprofessional, nobody will budge. U will see on the camera how I'm just stuck here while ure employees do nothing. They all need to be fired for disrespecting my time. I spoke with Tiffany and the supposed supervisor and for some reason they don't will not complete my order. So I don't know if she is lying but she claim not to know how to finish the order. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. And if this is done on purpose they all need to be fired for DISCRIMINATION

PUT YOUR SELF CHECKOUTS BACK TO CASH WE'RE NOT GOING CASHLESS, MANY OF US AMERICANS STILL USE CASH AND WITH BUSINESSES GETTING HACKED IT'S NOT SAFE TO USE CARD GO BACK TO CASH I WILL NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AND MY LOCAL RAYLEYS IN ELK GROVE TAKES CASH AT THEIR SELF CHECK OUTS, AND WILL CONTINUE, SACRAMENTO CITY SUCKS THANK GOD I JUST WORK IN THE CITY.
