The Save Mart at the corner of Gerber Road and Power Inn Road is clean and organized. The store is well-stocked, with most household and kitchen items in stock. The meats and vegetables are fresh at reasonable prices. The employees at this store are friendly and attentive.

This place suuuuuucks! Worst customer service ever… cleaning was more important than serving the customers at the deli…. 1 ! 1 super fossilized checker,and only two operating self check out… should I have to wait 15 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of me? Is it because I’m in a “black” neighborhood? Is it the locals? Or SaveMart not really serving the black community the same way they do the white communities? I have been to both… the “white” neighborhood savemarts are totally better. Food for thought.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were not helpful in locating items. As someone who shops for customers regularly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Better customer service and assistance are needed.

5/18/2016 @ 12:40 Ordered a roast beef sandwich with jalapeños, pepper jack cheese. Instead I got a turkey sandwich with Monterey Jack cheese,lettuce and tomatoes. Sucks because we live in Elk Grove area and didn’t to drive back. We only came here cause last week the Lady that made our sandwich made it so good I’ll have to order when she’s there and not order from the guy.

Save Mart is a fantastic grocery store! Their wide selection of fresh produce, affordable prices, and friendly staff make shopping a delight. Convenient locations and excellent customer service add to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!
