Signs for Amazon pickup counter clearly state that they open at 8 am, like the rest of the store 12/13/25 it's 8:30 AM and NO Amazon counter employee is in sight.. Follow your own rules and protocols, or change them.

The ground floor cafe/bathroom area could use security check once in awhile to see who is hanging around. I like their fruits and vegetables selection, so much fresh choices.

Great place for grocery run and amazon pick up/drop off. Convenient location with parkings and coffee shop nearby. 10/10 Way better than safeway and the fruit/meat/vegetables are always fresh

On April 8, 2026 around 10pm. The Security guard was so mean and has bias to me because I am an Asian girl?! We have some online packages need to pickup. The app showed to pick them up before 11:00 pm. I try to ask him how can I pick up the package. He only focus on his phone, and respond loudly to me “ the store is close. leave, leave leave. When I try to ask the employee from whole foods. He was yalling to me leave here. Horrible experience. Honestly I am afraid to him hit me or hurt me.

From produce to quality they have it all. From pricing they are a bit pricey but it's worth it. From customer service experience well I can't really say much because I haven't experience any help or assistance from any member of wholes food. Walking with my daughter in there and she sees alot. Yet, everyone is busy doing stocking and inventory.
