You're met at the door with a security guard who acts like he's guarding the state prison. And then when you're shopping every time you turn around they're either following you staring at you. Very bad vibes!! And the thing is I've been there thousands of times. Never once had a thought of stealing anything. I would even feel guilty taking a grape. Always out of stock on too many brand name items. you would think they would furnish their customers with a decent shipping cart. Being located next to a plasma center doesn't help either. Just an all-around dirty store inside and out.

The security guard, specifically the lady with glasses is always in a power trip and WILL follow you and try to intimidate you. and they have people ALWAYS follow me around the store, very clearly workers watching me trying to pass as shoppers (even tho they have uniforms on??) it’s uncomfortable to shop here nowadays. It feels creepy.

Since I have my Hip replaced I’ve had to use Kroger Delivery service and the delivery person’s are really kind and helpful. I’ve never had an issue and I am so grateful that they have this service. I do go into the store once in a while And never have a problem at the story either I think the employees are great. They’re always helpful. They always speak to me. I appreciate them guys because I know what it’s like To work retail. Definitely my store there at Madison and Edgewood 🛒😊

This is a really small location and usually has one or more homeless people begging. Sometimes they are even inside and will follow you around asking if you will buy their groceries. I’ve reported this a few times and was told by management there wasn’t anything that they could do about it
