I used to love shopping here. I still do every week. But NO LONGER. Watch out for the meat department they are mixing beautifully red meat with old brown meat. I’m tired of complaining!!!! I tired to call Wendy no answer as it’s after hours. How am I suppose to cook dinner with this mess. This is out of line.

When you close half the grocery isles to clean floors 1 hour before close, you wasted my time even coming in here. Won’t happen again. All I wanted was a can of soup for something to eat tonight. Thought that was simple enough Meijer could handle. Over estimated. Done with this place. Won’t be back, ever. Too many other options that clean floors after close. Don’t expect them to actually care as they really don’t.

The customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. During my visit, one employee was unable to answer a basic inquiry regarding a prepaid debit card, incorrectly stating that the store did not carry them and appearing unfamiliar with their placement. Moments later, a second employee provided the correct information immediately and directed me to the exact location without hesitation. The contrast between the two interactions was striking. As a customer purchasing a product that is frequently associated with scams, clarity and confidence from staff are essential. When I proceeded to check out, I requested assistance from the more knowledgeable employee. This preference appeared to frustrate the first staff member, which only reinforced my concerns about the overall service quality. Ultimately, the experience prompted me to complete my purchase at CVS, where the process was smooth and the customer service far more attentive.

This Meijer location is very nice. Spacious and clean with a huge selection of groceries, clothing, home goods, and much more. The prices are fair competitive. The store also includes The UPS Store for all your shipping needs, Everwise Credit Union, and a few others.

First time in this store, I walked in store manager said good morning I was looking for special toy I saw lady name Stephanie who was working on the floor, I asked her about the toy,she told me they sold out because is so popular but she looked all over to maybe finds something close to that she went over her way to help me what a customer service. I will be back. Great management great customer service 👏
