I was thoroughly disappointed when I ordered a roast beef sub and got and Italian roll with a slice of meat in it for $14. This likely cost them 50¢ to make. Do better.

Great hot and rdy breakfast sandwich. Easy painless cup of coffee. A short walk to the waterfront for a sandwich and a view

I’ve been to this place a few times because it’s right near my work. Every time I’ve tried something for breakfast it was lackluster. Had a cold breakfast burrito, a bacon egg and cheese bagel with mostly bagel and one small egg. Customer service is also abysmal, it’s like you’re annoying them as soon as you step into the place. The final straw was when I picked my girlfriend up some bagels on a Saturday morning and the one she was eating had mold on it. Unacceptable, avoid this place like the plague.

Love this place! They are open for a month! They hands down have the best breakfast sandwiches, wraps, salads, and coffee! The prices are great and the atmosphere is wonderful! The staff are always nice and very helpful! I come here at least three times so far!

I’ve been a fan of this spot and love supporting neighborhood businesses, but I have to share one suggestion: at this price point, the subs sandwiches really should be toasted. I asked the staff why they couldn’t toast the bread and was surprised to hear, “We don’t have a toaster for subs just sliced bread”. As your neighbor and regular customer, I’d be happy to help! There are plenty of affordable toaster oven options out there—even Subway uses a basic model that does the job. When you’re charging $15+ for a sub, customers expect at least that level of quality and care. Looking forward to seeing this place continue to improve—I’ll definitely keep coming back, just hoping for a warm, toasted upgrade soon!
