I like this place in general because have so much to offer like the hot and salad bar. Wasn’t that many options though and the yellow rice was hard. In this store also have codes to get to the restroom and when I ask a lady for the code she says was next to the door. Restroom wasn’t that clean. Just a quick stop while visiting around. Since just passing by

I love how organized this store is, right down to the fruits and vegetables. There’s truly a place for everything and everything in its place. It makes shopping efficient and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I often find exactly what I’m looking for and more.

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at Whole Foods Market. I have shopped here regularly for over a year for myself and my children, but I no longer feel comfortable or welcome in this store. My first issue involved an employee named Colleen. I reported concerns to management after she spoke about me to other coworkers and created an uncomfortable environment for me while shopping. Despite bringing this to management’s attention, nothing was resolved, and I continued feeling unwelcome every time I entered the store. Today made things even worse. A manager openly treated me as if I was stealing while I was clearly communicating with the checkout employee about my situation. Being made to feel like a criminal while simply trying to shop for groceries is humiliating and unacceptable. At this point, I genuinely feel targeted and harassed whenever I come here. I do not know whether racial bias plays a role in how I’ve been treated, but as a Black woman, these repeated interactions have made me question why I am constantly being made to feel suspicious and uncomfortable in this store. No customer should feel anxiety walking into a grocery store, especially one they’ve supported consistently for over a year. I will no longer be shopping here, and I hope management seriously addresses how customers are being treated before someone else experiences the same thing.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred during a recent visit to the Whole Foods Market on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While shopping with my child, I had a box of food that I intended to purchase. Before checkout, I used a single item from the box to feed my baby while continuing to shop. When I reached the checkout area, a manager—described as a Caucasian male with a large build and a wide beard—yelled across the aisle that I would need to pay for whatever I had put in my bag. I immediately explained that I fully intended to purchase the entire box and that I had only used one item to feed my child while shopping. Rather than addressing me professionally or privately, the manager responded that if I did not like what he said, I did not have to shop there. When I asked him to come speak with me directly and respectfully, he refused and instead told me that I could leave the store. At that point, I felt singled out, embarrassed, and harassed. This was not my first negative interaction with this same manager, and I had already begun to feel as though I was being watched and followed during my visits. Because of the escalating situation and the way I was being treated, I called the police myself to document what was happening. When officers arrived and were taking my statement, the manager continued insisting that I leave the store and informed me that I was no longer welcome there. The situation became increasingly hostile and humiliating in front of customers and law enforcement. What makes this experience particularly upsetting is that I have spent thousands of dollars at this location and have been a loyal customer since living in Minneapolis. I have supported this store consistently and never expected to be treated with such disrespect. No customer should be publicly accused, shouted at across a store, or made to feel targeted while simply trying to shop and care for their child. I believe Whole Foods should hold its managers to a higher standard of professionalism, customer service, and conflict resolution. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, even when concerns arise. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome, embarrassed, and unfairly singled out. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed thoroughly, including any available surveillance footage and witness accounts. I would also appreciate a response regarding how Whole Foods intends to address concerns about customer treatment and managerial conduct at this location. I have never felt compelled to call the police on a business because of how I was being treated until this incident. It was an experience that left me shocked, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed.
