Leslie, the florist at Price Chopper, did an absolutely beautiful job in designing and executing two floral arrangements for Mother's Day for me. I called and gave her a price range for each, knowing I'd need her to include a vase and delivery, and she asked a few questions about the interests of the ladies they were going to be gifted to. I always love giving her creative liberty with the arrangements. I'd hate to stunt her creativity. They were delivered according to my timelines, and the ladies were contacted beforehand so as not to miss the attempted delivery. The recipients loved the arrangements, and I was sure to give all of the credit to Leslie. She's amazing, each and every time I seek her talents.

It's about all you could ask for in a Midwestern grocery store. Like its competitors it closes at 11:00 p.m. now. I'll be glad when grocery stores go back to 24 hours. The deli also closes early but there's usually some sushi left for we shoppers after 6:00. The bakery is full service and takes a special orders. Bargains can be found occasionally in the meat department and I much prefer their beef to Walmart. There's a good selection of fresh fish as well. General merchandise is fairly comprehensive and there is a decent health food section. Bargains can also be often found in the liquor department which has a good selection of everything for the adult beverage lover. There is a rewards program for those who spend a decent amount every week.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, purchasing 7-8 cakes, all of which have been beautifully crafted. However, my recent experience with my daughter’s 5th birthday cake was deeply disappointing. I placed my order well in advance, providing all necessary details, including finishing touches (pearls, decorative pieces, and edible glitter), a photo of the desired cake (emailed before I left the store), and my contact information. Despite this, when I arrived at the designated pick-up time, I was told the photo hadn’t been received. It quickly became clear that this wasn’t true, as I saw an employee rushing to assemble my cake with the photo 25 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. The result was a cake that was sloppily thrown together, lopsided, and over 35 minutes late. To make matters worse, the ticket I was given was FULL PRICE and I had to ask for a discount. I had no choice but to purchase the cake as I was already behind schedule, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. The lack of communication, the blame-shifting, and the poor quality are unacceptable. I’ve attached photos of previous cakes I’ve ordered compared to this one for reference. The last 2 photos are my issue. I hope you will address this issue and ensure future customers do not encounter similar frustrations. I look forward to your response.

Been going here for years and today was treated rudely by the Karen overseeing self checkout. Store was packed and didn't even have a single express lane open. Price chopper won't be getting my business anymore.

Very nice grocery store. We were able to walk around and compare prices to grocery stores in California.
