This particular Sprouts has always been different for me. For a long time, I refused to set foot in this location because of the negative aura I always encountered when shopping there. That did change today! I went into store 502 and was greeted by two friendly faced women, who looked liked me, were approachable, and willing to assist in any way. I asked the security, Carla, where may I make an exchange? And she politely said to me, "any of the open cashiers can assist you". I thanked her and then noticed a very friendly and willing black American woman (Tara) who wore a smile and was willing to make the exchange immediately. I quickly told her, "no I can get in line, seeing you up here at the front with a smile gives me hope for this store period" She quickly smiled and inquired if I was sure. I made my exchange and proceeded to make more conversation with a patron in front of me about being strong while hungry in Sprouts. Carla heard us laughing and walked over, I noticed she was a Cowboys fan, I simply began to talk the best football talk because I am a 49ers sincere faithful fan. Tara then returned and began to chime in. We were all laughing and having fun. This was the best experience I have had in Sprouts in a moment, especially being that on Wednesday, May 27(two days before) I had the usual "why are you in my line and store" experience from Shelly M. Carla and Tara brought more hope back to 502. Thank you God and keep 502 in good standing with all patrons regardless of race, color, creed or volume.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sprouts thanks to Ms. Tashae S. She was so positive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Her beautiful energy and warm attitude made my whole visit better. Cashiers like her turn an ordinary shopping trip into something special. Truly a delight! ✨

It has a great selection of vitamins and supplements. Produce is okay,but not the greatest. This location is still better than the one on W. Sahara.

Rating: 1⭐ I had a very disappointing checkout experience at the Sprouts location in 4020 S Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas on 02/09/26 with a cashier named Tayra. Her interaction with me was rude and disrespectful. When I handed her cash, she told me to put it on the belt instead of accepting it. When returning my change and items, she placed — almost tossed — them onto the belt while I was waiting with my hand out. It clearly felt like she did not want to touch what I handed her. This behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I have never experienced this before, and customers deserve basic courtesy when spending their money. I normally enjoy shopping at Sprouts, but interactions like this make me reconsider returning. Management should address this and reinforce proper customer service standards.

I have shopped at this Sprouts location for years, and over the last two to three years, the service and overall shopping experience have fallen to an unacceptable level. On multiple visits, both recently and in the past, I have been deliberately followed and watched in the store by security Carla, Corey in the vitamin section, other associates, and Danielle the manager. Even when shopping with my mother, we were monitored in a way that was unnecessary and clearly targeted. I should not have to question whether I am allowed to exist in a grocery store or feel unsafe simply because of the color of my skin. This is not an isolated incident. It is a repeated pattern that raises serious questions about whether management is ignoring or even condoning this behavior. The result is chilling. Customers feel unwelcome, singled out, and profiled. No one should ever leave a store feeling like they do not belong. Sprouts must understand that these actions have real impact. You are teaching your staff that it is acceptable to treat certain people differently, to surveil them, and to make them feel like outsiders. That is not only unprofessional, it is morally wrong. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, without fear of harassment or discrimination. Corporate leadership and HR need to step in immediately. This location is failing to provide a safe and inclusive environment, and repeated inaction communicates that it is acceptable to continue this behavior. I am sharing this so that everyone reading understands how deeply harmful this is, and so that Sprouts leadership cannot ignore the very real harm being done. Enough is enough.
