I would like to recognize Andre at Whole Foods for providing truly exceptional customer service. From the moment he greeted me, Andre went above and beyond in every way. He brought a driving shopping cart out to my car and kindly helped me place a large package into the driving cart so I could return it at the Amazon return station. Not only that, but he waited for me while I completed the return and then offered to assist me back to my car afterward. What impressed me most was his genuine care and concern. As I was having difficulty walking, Andre stayed nearby, patiently offering assistance and making sure I was safe. At one point, I started wondering if Whole Foods had hired a customer service representative, a personal assistant, and a guardian angel all rolled into one employee! In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Andre demonstrated what outstanding customer care looks like. He treated me with dignity, compassion, and respect, and his actions reflected a servant-hearted attitude that deserves recognition. I also learned that Andre is a nursing student. After experiencing his kindness firsthand, I can confidently say that the nursing profession is getting a good one. If caring for people were a graded exam, he’d already be earning an A+. I will be praying for him as he prepares for his upcoming test next week and for continued success in his studies.Thank you, Andre, for making such a wonderful positive difference in my day. Whole Foods is blessed to have an employee like you. If every store had an Andre, shopping might become everyone’s favorite pastime!

I love love love this market. Great tasting 100% juice and herb mixes. Halibut fish is wonderful. Berries of all sorts. When I shop there I know I'm getting top notch health products as well as healthy food choices for me and my children.

Great Place to find dye free treats for my kiddos. Very consistent for my kids needs on having things in stock. Staff is friendly and the natural health section is fantastic. My only issue is the way the Amazon returns corner has taken over the dinning area.

This used to be my go-to for FRESH brick oven pizza for a reasonable price. However lately, and depending on the cook, I’ve been receiving pizza that WAS NOT just made, overcooked, or dough tasted stale. After this last time, I’m going to take a much needed break from Whole Foods pizza bar.

Whole Foods at Easton is amazing with a large room, various food selections, and professional staff. Meat and seafood are fresh with great quality. I really like their food place. Salads, pizzas, desserts, and entrees look attentive. Samples are available. There is also a great bar inside with screens. WiFi is available. Amazon prime deals are great.
