Has the rudest cashiers I've ever come across. I understand they are timed but they shouldn't rush customers. I wasn't being slow or anything, just wasn't aware of certain processes they can do for certain orders. Cashier caught an attitude with me and ruined my experience at this store.

I love how friendly and helpful the staff are plus they always have fresh fruit and veggies and there prices are amazing very affordable clean store

I shop at Aldi for the great prices. The store grades the cashiers on how fast they ring up your order. Some of them toss items in the cart with little regard to bruising your fruit or produce. Today I asked the cashier to slow down and be careful. My request fell on deaf ears.

I am absolutely appalled by the female cashier with the shaved head. She was extremely rude to me and threw my groceries into my cart. She was loudly berating me infront of other customers who appeared very uncomfortable with her behavior as well. I won’t go into all of the details, but it left me in tears. I am hoping the manager sees this because it is absolutely not OK. It appears that somebody else had a very similar experience with the same cashier and posted a review recently as well. I shop at the store a couple times a week and usually the cashiers are very nice. This is the first time I have seen this cashier and it was such an uncomfortable encounter I don’t know that I want to go back to the store. Customers should not be treated this way!!!! I was very cordial and calm despite feel attacked and bullied.

This was the worst experience of an extremely rude bullying from a check out cashier that I have ever experienced. This woman who has shaved red hair ( I'm hoping the supervisor will see this) was appalling to me. She stopped throwing my food into the cart because I was moving some tomatoes to a safer area , and ANGRILY told me she had to put my food in as FAST AS SHE CAN. I replied I'm trying to catch the ones to save them, she then threw my eggs into the TOP BASKET by lifting up my purse while COMPLAINING LOUDLY how she is doing this with purpose. She then took my cart and angrily spun it away from me with a vengeance as everyone stared with their mouths open. It was such a shocking, dismissive behavior that I went to my car and cried. I'm 64 years old and I was not at all seeing her anger in her words or her behavior that had anything to do with groceries. It was not crowded and it was so out of nowhere. We saw her try to calm down as there were children in the next group at the checkout and begin speaking to those adults with an attempt at normalcy. This unhappy woman has NO BUSINESS BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! ESPECIALLY DURING CHRISTMAS. MY GOODNESS IT'S A time for kindness and goodwill to men not outright animosity. I'm going to pray for her and I hope this store moves her to another line of work or at the VERY LEAST RETRAIN THIS SAD UNHAPPY LADY.
