I actually love this store and the staff. Everyone is ALWAYS so helpful and kind. I went Friday afternoon around 1ish the deli man was singing Earth Wind and Fire as I strolled by and was friendly but I don’t eat deli meats and didn’t need anything from that area. One guy in particular I’m sure he said his name is Ezeriah. I’m sure it ended with riah. Brownskin short gentleman was very helpful it’s like he kept being in the right place at the right time. I went it with a basket because I only needed a few items but of course and up picking up more. He walked past me the first time and asked if I needed a cart I said no. 15 mins later he seen me on the aisle where the bottle water is and he was finishing something w a small cart and this time didn’t even ask if I needed it he just gave it to me. Fast forward to me leaving now I’m struggling with the bags because the carts only go but so far and once again he helped me with the bags to my car! A true gentleman!!! Thanks so much! The cashiers are ALWAYS pleasant as well!

I ordered catfish from this location today and it arrived spoiled. The smell was extremely strong and unpleasant, even after rinsing with lemon and vinegar. This was clearly not fresh and should never have been sold. I’m very disappointed, especially considering the price. Please improve your freshness checks and quality control.

Sprouts has great quality (organic, non-GMO brands) and good deals if you find them. I didn’t know Sprouts had a deli and dining area, which is perfect for people in Center City who are busy and don’t want to spend too much money on food when they run errands. Frank in the deli is friendly to everyone and was so helpful in showing me what’s on the menu. Workers here are very friendly and helpful.

Every so often I'll go into sprouts market To see what kind of deals they have and I was surprised to find quite a few I picked up two packages of impossible burgers It was a buy get one free the price came 5 dollars per package, They also had sprouts brand of Is blue corn tortilla chips Eight ounce packages 2 for 5 dollars, And lastly, through tofu was right on point at a $1.69 for extra firm Organic Picked up 2 packages. This store is very nice. Parking is very easy on the side street. It is free for an hour, so that is a plus Check out is fairly simple although the employee that I checked out with, Was not so friendly It's okay, I understand people have bad days all in all pretty good experience. It's a shame they don't open One closer to my neighborhood Only time will tell maybe someday.

The supervisor Destiny !!! She has been an amazing staff member and always very efficient and engaging every time I see her . I had a discount that didn’t.scan and it was changed wrong , I needed help to get it refunded . she took care of it right away , every when she is busy sets an amazing example . This location seems to struggle keeping people they need to keep folks like her feeling supported and appreciated it .. There a few other staff members here as well..
