I had a really pleasant experience today and I wanted to specifically recognize Zach G., who was working as the cashier. Zach was exceptionally friendly, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire checkout process. He greeted me with a smile, handled everything efficiently, and made the interaction feel welcoming rather than routine. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly takes pride in providing great customer service. Employees like Zach truly make a difference and reflect very positively on the store. I hope his management recognizes the value he brings to the team; he absolutely deserves it.

The Deli! The subs! Your sandwich artist, Shaun, is by far my families favorite employee. He’s not afraid to ask questions to ensure he makes the perfect sandwich. And tonight he encouraged us to try new things! My husband ventured away from his usual order and tried the philly sub! Shaun put genuine love into that sandwich. And for me? I was bummed that yall were out of chicken tenders, so he suggested the baked chicken AND the sweet chili sauce — I was really hesitant so he let me try it. We CANNOT WAIT to go home and eat these sandwiches. Shaun had a really busy day, you could tell he was tired, but he never lost his smile and positive attitude. I’m always so happy to see him behind the counter. When he makes my food, it’s always perfect and full of care.

My family and I have been shopping here since it first opened in the early 2000's. My Aunt worked in the bakery for years and my Grandma still uses their pharmacy to fill her prescriptions. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and the store is usually clean and well organized. Their deli is also a good option for dinner. Great place to shop

Excellent staff, friendly, clean store. Best Bakery and Deli! In today's time, it's difficult to find employees with good work ethics. Don't lose these employees. Does Publix have employee of the month? I've been a long term customer and your store is my favorite. Have a blessed day!

Publix cakes have always been our go to when we needed one. I've noticed the icing is really thin! It's not the same cake at all. I would rather pay more and continue to get the consistency with the cakes rather than cutting back on the quality. Now I'm in the process of trying to find a different store or possibly even a private Bakery to do our cakes going forward. I think Publix should reconsider the changes that they made to the icing.
