Cassidy Bryant 4 months agoWe ordered the Toy Story cake from the bakery and honestly it was the perfect addition to his special day. Additionally everyone in every department are always incredibly helpful, kind and eager to ensure your visit in the store is quick and easy. I can go on about this store because truly as a mom it’s such a great place to shop with children! Down from the free fruit in the produce isle or free cookie in the bakery.
Glynnis O'Connor 3 weeks agoNot only are prices ridiculously high but you get a nice heavy dose of attitude if you have an issue. First, the prices. $9.97 for a box of honey nut Cheerios mega size when the same box is $5.97 at Walmart across the street. Jack up the price for BOGO so you aren’t really getting any type of deal. I gave up on the deli. I have never ordered anything where there isn’t an issue. From platters to sandwiches. I’m done. The last time I ordered a sandwich, I asked to sub the mojo pork for the regular pork. I was told in order to do that, I would have to buy a pound of it from the bar at $13.99/lb at the time and they can put it on my sub. I got an eye roll when I asked why! I swear to God!! WHAT? Left without a sandwich. I see another comment from a couple of weeks ago with the same eye rolling attitude from employees. For Instacart pickup, they make you pay higher prices plus a fee to pick up. It’s a no for me going forward.
Monica Cariker 8 months agoShout-out to Adrion for saving the day! We had our son’s first birthday, and I was having trouble ordering online since the pickup time I wanted wasn’t available. Adrion went above and beyond to make it happen and accommodate our schedule. We ordered the smiley pizza rolls, fruit platter, gouda mac & cheese, and sushi platter — everything came out perfectly and was practically gone by the end of the party! I also ordered the cake from their bakery, and it was the next best thing to Costco’s. The buttercream was just right, and the vanilla custard filling had the perfect sweetness balance. Bonus points for their catering prices — much better than other places nearby. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again for the holidays!
Sherry Luck 4 months agoI have visited this grocery on numerous occasions and always experienced a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. I was compelled to leave this review after placing a pick up order from the deli on Superbowl Sunday. At approximately 6:00 pm. I wanted to commend who I assumed was the deli manager handing out orders. Unfortunately I did not get his name. The scene became pretty chaotic with people complaining things were unorganized. Yet those people did not have their pickup order number and was picking up orders at the wrong time. Some didn't even have pre-orders. The gentleman passing out the orders remained very professional and smiled while assisting everyone. Kudos to him and his team. Thank you. My order was fresh and delicious as always.
Miss T 6 months agoUpdate: WHY are many of the grab&go salads consistently GONE!? Gotta do better Publix. The store itself is beautifully lit and the shelves are organized. There's a crispness to the isles that makes it conducive to shopping. I do find the prices a tad elevated. Primarily come in to pick up a pre-ordered sub and executive salad box. Let me say, in comparison to the rest of the store, the sub station needs quite a bit of work. The veggies could be maintained in a neater/cleaner fashion. And stocked. They are VERY light on giving you veggies and toppings. These subs, while tasty, are reminiscent of Subway in the sense that they are equally stingy. And for the price of $10+ they could do better. 😕 The executive box contains one of the premade salads that are in the cold case. They include 'sides'... Let me say the portions are laughable. A tiny little cup with about 2 tablespoons worth of (for instance) bow tie pasta salad. You can choose various options for the box, but the pasta or salad options that I've gotten have been in the kind of cups you get condiments in. 🫤 Barring that, it's a convenient to go option but could use a tweak or two.
