I had an uncomfortable experience during my visit. The gentleman in the back who was cutting the meat seemed irritated when I added a few more items to my order after initially placing it. As a customer, I didn’t think adding to my purchase would be a problem, especially since I was spending more money in the store. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the products being sold. Unfortunately, the interaction left such a bad impression that I don’t even feel comfortable eating the meat I purchased. I hope management addresses this because no customer should leave feeling the way I did.

I love this particular fry’s… swan & grant…everyone so friendly & helpful… I know so many by name as I have been shopping here for many years. Been to other fry’s definitely not a good as this one In particular I like to mention George & Daniel… these two mentioned have been working at fry’s for a very long time Always upbeat extremely helpful…a joy to interact with…sooo very wonderful to see the same staff year after year…what a pleasure shopping at fry’s….😊

I'm surprised by the high average ratings this store has. In my experience the management here isn't very concerned with the customer experience. For a long while the volume was so low on the self-check stands that you could barely hear the audio prompts from the point-of-sale system. It was annoying and slowed down the checkout experience for everyone. There was another time when I had to contact Fry's through its website to mention that this store had expired stock of one of the items I like to buy. It still took weeks for them to finally pull that stock and reorder more. My experience tonight was a master class in how not to manage a store. I needed to use the customer service desk, and a foam-core sign clearly stated that it was open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.—and I was there well before closing time. After waiting a while, I asked an associate when the service desk staff would be back. She said they had closed early because of a computer issue. Why on earth they closed early without making that more apparent is beyond me. They could have taken down the foam-core sign or put up a temporary sign explaining that they were closed early due to unforeseen circumstances. But, again, this place just doesn't concern itself much with whatever inconveniences they are causing their customers. They just let people stupidly line up at the service desk and wait for an associate who never showed up. The prices here are often competitive, but sometimes the savings just isn't worth it for me. I find my shopping experiences at Natural Grocers, Bashas', Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and Whole Foods far more pleasant.

This store is great as long as you dont use the self check where nasty artitude lady by name of marilyn is in charge. She is always very rude. Stands over my shoulder telling me how to scan things and constantly asking about scanning items on the bottom of basket when I clearly already scanned them FIRST. Multiple times she has attempted to make a scene saying I didn't ring up items to find out that I DID ring everything( like I ALWAYS do) then doesn't even have decency to admit she was wrong and rude as ever. I dont know if this lady just hates her job or life in general but she should really BACK OFF of good honest paying customers who spend thousands in that store each day for business. Someone in management should really address how awful she behaves & fix it before this store loses alot of their loyal customers who shop and spend alot more than she is worth to keep around.

Went into store 20min before closing to do an instacart order and was greeted with a hurry up we are closing. Very rude service. When using check out we were told to hurry up and was a k so told are you going to give me an id or what. Again today same horrible service. This is why I shop for my personal groceries else we're. Your staff needs to be retained in customer service or get another job.
