This is a fine WF but someone in the pizza area needs to be retrained, move, or fired. Their name is Roan. The first time I ordered a sausage pizza and they made one with broccoli. Then they had the nerve to argue that I actually ordered a single topping broccoli pizza 😂 and didn't back down until a different employee intervened. The next time they burned my pizza. Today they burned another pizza I ordered! Are you kidding me!?

Tried to "beat the rush" this morning and got there just after their delivery truck. A lot of stocking the shelves going on to be ready for New Year's Eve. The staff in all departments I came in contact with: seafood, butcher and grocery aisles were very helpful. Nathan in the produce department was particularly helpful! He found one of my items in the back and helped get several other items off the carts of boxes waiting to be stocked. Much appreciated, thanks again Nathan!

They should really change their hours to closing at 8pm. The relevance and point of difference of Whole Foods is the deli/hot bar/salad bar. I work later and will show up between 745pm to 820pm and it is never consistent when ill be able to shop the deli/hot bar/salad bar because it’s constantly being closed up so early before actual close. Ive been turned away multiple times before 830 because they are closing up. Today took the cake though. I called at 7 to order a pizza and was told “they were booked until close” i end up going to pick up other food and at 755 the pizza oven is turned off and cleaned up and the entire pizza area is cleaned up. That whole area had multiple cleaning up and putting away the available options. It’s sad to see a business blatantly turn away business but i guess they can afford to.

Trash store, Whole Foods needs to do better. This store has EXTREMELY POOR MGMT! Always out of stock on items you come there for and on top of that the employees are RUDE! They just stand around in the fresh depts talking and ignoring the customers. This is the exact reason why retail stores are dying off! NO ONE IS OBLIGATED TO SHOP AT YOUR STORE!
