We love this Ralphs! The underground parking and elevator is convenient. It is in a great location, only about a 10 minute walk from where most people are staying. Low prices and great house brands. We always look forward to going to Ralphs when we visit grocery stores.

They sell moldy bread. The manager told me it was my fault because I should inspect the bread before buying… (like, how?… take the bread out of the plastic wrap?). It’s so confusing to me…. I just want healthy edible food. When I called to complain the manager hung up on me. Do not go to this store!!! I still can’t believe it, why would a store employees BLAME a customer for purchasing a spoiled product? It is rather baffling for a grocery chain…

Good Kroger family grocery store. It’s in a resort town so felt the prices were a little higher than further inland. Nice fish and meat department with friendly employees. Appreciated the smaller sizes of products for those of us who are tourist at short term rentals. Plenty of free parking in the underground garage. Hopefully they get the motorized ramps and elevator fixed as it is a bit difficult to lug groceries to the car right now.

I come into town after not being in San Diego for 4 months and the Manager is very rude to me for no reason, I went here March the 14th I was clearly shopping. It was so bad that I had to make sure that I grabbed the receipt so that way they wouldn't falsely accuse me of something. This has also not been the first time I ran into this issue. I shopped at this store before bought every item had the receipt in my hand and the Hispanic lady that's a cashier one of em at least she wears glasses this was last summer accuses me of not paying for some items I clearly paid for I even had the receipt that night. It's honestly an outrage. Are they really this petty at this Ralph's? I think it's racial profiling. It's sad really. All people of all races wether there Black, White or Hispanic, Native American, Indian etc. should be allowed to shop at this store instead of being hassled. For this I'm giving this Ralph's 1 star. Thank you so much for being accepting and courteous to me Ralph's staff. (Sarcasm)

Parking is underground with access by stairs, elevator or ramp. Sundries and over the counter medications in an enclosed area with separate cashier. Otherwise clean and well stocked
