This grocery store deserves 10 stars. This is the friendliest grocery store I have ever been to in my entire life. Years ago when I was living outside I would come here a few times a week and walk out with more than 2 armfuls of items without ever paying for them. No matter how rough i looked with or without shoes on my feet they always welcomed me into the store and would tell me to have a great day on the way out. This went on for years. Even the customers knew what I was up to and had offered to pay for the items I was clenching to in my arms. I politely declined because I was to embarrassed and tweaked out to wait in line. I don't know who the manager was at the time but I know that this store is amazingly friendly with all customers. The least I could do is give them 5 star rating. I do not recommend this at all. As of recently they have private security working at the door.

Always an enjoyable experience at this Sprouts! Great customer service, fresh food, and they carry almost all of the foods that I can eat. I wish that their nuts were cheaper and that they would consider freezing their Ezekiel bread. But other than that, everything is perfect!

Visited this Sprouts on Wednesday around 4 p.m., aiming for a peaceful coconut water run. Alas, the self-checkout had some undefined issue, and the assistance I got was more “self” than “assist.” Let’s just say, if your front-line helper would rather be anywhere else, maybe they should be. Coconut water shouldn’t require a scolding.

Thank you to the whole team at Sprouts Uni Heights! We ordered pre made holiday trays for an airbnb stay for a multi-generational family and you all made our lifes so perfect and fed us for days. The food was sooooo good! And the while team was fantastic everytime we went into the store. Thank you!!!

I had an unsettling experience at this Sprouts location that I feel other women should be aware of. I was visiting San Diego for my birthday and stopped in to look for a dental product. While I was comparing items on the shelf, a male employee came up behind me and stood extremely close — close enough that I immediately felt uncomfortable. He stayed there in silence until I turned around, at which point he pretended to look for a toothbrush. The interaction felt intentional and intrusive. I stepped aside to give him space and let him “grab” what he said he needed, but the encounter left me on edge for the rest of the day. It’s not normal for an employee to stand directly behind a customer like that, especially without saying anything or offering help. It felt more like being watched or followed than anything related to customer service. I’m sharing this so management is aware and so other women can stay alert. A grocery store should feel safe, and this behavior was inappropriate and unsettling.
