I got a sandwich and an energy drink. There was a line for the self checkout while several registers were not operational. I don't understand why they don't have all the registers working all the time. Still the prices and quality of the products are good.

This store is probably the nicest around. It's clean as can be. The bathroom needs to be upgraded to match the rest of the store. It seems outdated and dirty. They have a large produce section and the rest of the store is huge.

So I used to be able to grab a 12-pack of beer and get checked-out by the self-checkout attendant at their register, but a little while back, I was told they can't do that anymore. So I now wait my turn in line. Every single time I've been back since I was told they cannot help me at the self-checkout anymore, I see them helping other people check out quickly, while I sit there like an idiot in line waiting my turn. Is it because I'm white? Because it's always the big black brother who refuses me, but I see him check out other people, all of which also happen to be black. I didn't think this was about race, but it sure seems like it from what I see.

Been coming here for over a decade. Sometimes it is better managed others not so much. Employees usually are trying their best. Prices are ok. Why the two stars is because there is difficulty in finding parking now that they took up over a dozen spaces for electric car charging that no one uses. Brilliant move, take up parking that was already tight for chargers that sit empty. I'll be going to Vons in college as there parking is better and prices are about the same.

Ralph's is pretty good. They have alot of bulk items and good prices. Kind of reminds me of a small costco. I recommend going here if you run a small catering business or if you are hosting an event where you need to feed lots of people.
