I came in March 7th at 9:27 pm to buy some flowers, a corsage and some chocolate for a friend. Everything had a label on it. Everything had a price except for the corsage. I tried to scan the corsage at the front and there was no price and the product would not scan. Obviously, this is a conflict that falls under the publix promise. The Publix promise states that if the price or display is contrary to the actual price, then Publix will honor their promise and give you the product for free. The manager who was completely indifferent and dismissive to me, stated that every product that has a contrary, price should not have to honor the publix promise? That he could have a whole store without prices and refuse to honor it. I his Publix is a lying disgrace… Publix promise that is never honored is more like it. What a great manager to be the representative of a store that lies to its customers…. The whole point of the Publix promise is to make sure that Publix employees are doing their job, marking everything and labeling them with the correct price, and then cashing out customers who purchased them. If you mess up then you honor the Publix promise. This store is a disgrace and a bunch of hypocritical liars. Or at least that manager and everyone too uneducated to stand up to him. When he dismissed my argument even though it was true and valid. I came out here and wrote this review so you know exactly what kind of people work at your not friendly, lying, neighborhood Publix. Always wonderful to shop at this Publix and enjoy the friendly staff. They are very helpful finding items or pointing us in the right direction. We love the pub subs, fresh boars head deli, and finding great deals all the time.

I have shopped this store for many years. I am frustrated with the chicken wings. I bought a batch tonight, spicy breaded, and they are over cooked, which has happened quite a bit over the past year. I know this is a smaller store, but please deliver quality like close by stores. Customer service is always great. Please get it together with your wings!

Very disappointing experience at this location. The store is beautiful, but the customer service was unacceptable. I approached Patricia with a defective product and a receipt and asked for a simple refund or replacement. Instead of helping, she immediately became confrontational and rude. She quickly involved Corey from management before I even asked for a manager. Corey mentioned they were having a difficult day, but that should never be taken out on customers. The interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional. If this is the standard of service at this location, corporate leadership should take a closer look at the customer experience here.

Not enough inventory in certain item types compared to other Publix stores. Customer service experience is often lacking too but that depends on the individual staff. Publix should train their floor employees to have better service orientation and empathy training. This particular location often falls short.
