We had such a wonderful experience doing wedding cake testing at Publix. They provide a complimentary tasting with four different cake flavors and four different fillings, and it turned into such a fun part of our wedding planning process. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel special and stress free. Every cake and filling we tried was delicious, and we were impressed with both the quality and the variety of options. Best of all, the wedding cake we chose ended up being super affordable! We’re so excited for our wedding cake and highly recommend Publix for anyone planning a wedding or special event!

I hate to do this.. but I’m extremely disappointed in the deli section. I ordered two half subs @ 11:08am for 11:35am. I get there at 11:30am.. it gets to 11:49am & it’s not ready … I decided to just ask the status cause I am on my 30 minute lunch break.. the deli worker tells me she doesn’t have it. Then another worker told me it was in the cooler where the online orders are.. (I wouldn’t be standing here if it was there). Another male worker comes out & is extremely rude to me telling me that they “don’t have it. It’s not on my screen” I then showed him my phone & he got an attitude & said “you can show me that all you want.. I’m telling you I don’t have it”. At this point I asked for the deli manager.. he didn’t get them.. I asked the other deli worker.. she didn’t get them. I ended up going to the front having to ask for a manager. He basically said you need to give the order time an additional 30 minutes before coming. So it takes an hour for an online sub order.

This is not my usual Publix, I went the day Iron Man was running and I couldn't get to my neighborhood Publix. Anyway, the staff was so much friendlier then the Publix I usually go to, even the customers were friendly. The store was clean, bright and the produce and meats were on point. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and I will return.

I visited Publix today and was impressed by the great selection of inventory. The shopping experience was excellent, and I managed to save $30.00 by applying digital coupons and retail discounts. If you are looking for affordable shopping and a wide variety of products, this location offers significant consumer value.

If you want a pub sub go to any other deli, or the one on Old st. Augustine. Swear the last four to five times I’ve been to this specific store they just put whatever they want on my sub. Every other Publix Deli I’ve been too has been great, but this deli isn’t. It Isn’t even good, the deli employees have been rude at times, and clearly they can’t make a sub even with an itemized list right next to them. The food that comes from the kitchen is normally fresh and delicious though. Just don’t think about ordering online. Then the previous time I went here, the front desk lady needed to watch her tone when speaking with me. Also was staring daggers at me when I walked up. But I do find the cashiers and the grocery employees to be nice and eager to help.
