This location 1000/10! They are the best, most friendly, helpful group of people. We love sprouts and especially this location. The others in town…. Can’t say the same for them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I spend $120 and get home and realize the employee charged me twice for a yogurt I bought 1 of, an extra $6. I call the store to report the accident they made, and instead of offering rewards points or to fix the transaction, their only solution is for me to DRIVE IN AND SPEND AN HOUR OF MY TIME TO FIX A $6 CHARGE. Teach your employees some empathy and common sense. I will take my grocery store business elsewhere. It's about principal and respect and your employee who answered my call showed none, embarrassing.

Generally speaking, I like the products here. Specifically, I am disappointed with the way the Mediterranean salads are being put together. Sprouts recently changed the container in which the prepared salads are sold. Clear plastic lid covering a brown 'bowl'. Prior to this, the salads were sold in containers which were entirely clear plastic. This made it easier to see the quality of the lettuce in the salad. I've purchased several of the Mediterranean salads since this change and have found, in each instance, about half of the lettuce is comprised of the "midrib"... the thick white part of a lettuce leaf or head. This detracts from the flavor of the salad, and is unappealing. For as much as I pay for these salads, I expect them to be prepared better. Perhaps this is at least part of the reason they changed the containers. Regardless, something needs to change. Either prepare them better, without so much midrib, or return to the containers which are entirely clear so customers can better see the quality of the lettuce.

I love sprouts they have an amazing selection. The produce is always fresh and has a great variety. I really enjoy their bulk section. Bring your own container or buy one there to help reduce waste and impact on the planet. I highly recommend for anyone on a special diet and looking for healthier food selections.

This is a pretty late post but I had to return some muffins (unopened) because I read the ingredients and they were trash ingredients. I was shocked bc I expected better from Sprouts. Anyway, holly told me my reason for returning doesn’t matter she has to trash them, then I’m not sure why she asked my reason for return. I went back to see if they had better quality muffins but they are still the same.
