I have been coming to Cardenas cocina for awhile know, and service has been more than satisfactory.. Good customer service very attentive to customer needs...but most important is the morning staff is very respectful and polite to their customers will gladly give them five stars

What the hell did I just experience I came to the store because I usually go to Walmart but I was tired after work and it was nearby but man I kind of regret going there's election is very poor and didn't have many of the items I was looking for. And most of them were overpriced $67 for a bottle of salsa hell no. And they didn't even have shredded pepper jack cheese only slices and that was like $5 so it was kind of pricey. Not to mention the cash registers were all down and only one lane open! So I went to the self checkout which is 20 items or less I had about 18 or 20 and man that was a nightmare. Having to scan everything and look up the items and placing it in the bagging area but then it falsely detected that you remove an item from the bagging area and it acts like you're stealing and you have to call over a staff or a security guard to clear the code and you can continue scanning that was a horrible process and it's something I wish to never go through again I will never come back to the store. PS: when I was done loading up my car I was going to take my car back to the cart rack or station whatever you want to call it and a creepy old dude comes up to me and he's like hey do you speak Spanish? I said yes right But then he's like can you do me a favor next time place the car on this side instead The wind blows them into the cars. Yeah I was like what in the world why are you telling me this??? And next time how do you know I'm going to come here next time You know like he was like warning me kind of like disciplining me. I don't even know what to make of that but yeah I felt creeped out and I said time to get out of here. But yeah basically it's not great and I don't recommend you coming here unless there is no other supermarket open.

Excellent service , quick service , very kind The juice bar is always fresh . I love buying their agua Frescas perfect price for the size

I hadn't been to Cardenas for a while, but today I really liked the clean and organized atmosphere. I had questions about the prices of some products, and a cashier very kindly helped me with the prices. She understood my needs. Helen is very charismatic and kind. More people like her, and also is good to see a youth cashiers.
