⭐️ Review for Cardenas (Bonanza & Lamb) I went early in the morning for groceries knowing that Cardenas usually doesn’t have cashiers at that time, only self‑checkout. I was fine with that, but my cart ended up full, so I asked if any registers were open. There weren’t. The woman assigned to the self‑checkout area — I’m still not sure what her role is — didn’t offer any help besides approving items that wouldn’t scan. It took her a long time each time something needed authorization, and she never offered to help scan or bag, even when I was clearly struggling. At one point, the scale table filled up, one of my items fell and broke, and she still didn’t step in. Thankfully, another employee named Gabriela came out and immediately offered to replace the broken item. She was kind, quick, and genuinely helpful. She deserves a raise because not everyone there steps up the way she did. The deli/cheese department continues to be courteous and friendly, but the front-end experience was disappointing — especially now that the store has competition and even has cashiers available early in the morning. Service and availability matter to us moms who are trying to get our errands done before work. This experience made me double‑think returning, even though the store is convenient. I left feeling like the self‑checkout attendant was laughing at me instead of helping, and that’s not the kind of service our community deserves.

wanted to recognize the excellent service I received from the lady (Blanca) working in the creamery department. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my shopping experience much better. Employees like her are a great asset to the store. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Blanca at the Creamery for the awesome service she provided. She was super friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude the entire time. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about helping customers. She definitely did!

Love coming to this Cardenas for my weekly groceries. The store is always clean and organized, and the customer service is great. The meat and produce never disappoint. I always look forward to seeing Blanca in the creamery. She's so friendly, always has a bright smile, and goes above and beyond to help. This is definitely my go-to store for all my grocery needs!

I went to get cherries that was on sale. All of the bags had rotten and moldy cherries in them. Bug disappointment. AT the self check out when we asked for help. The lady just stood there looking at us like she didn't know what to do. She did not come to assist. I did not take photos. Would not ket me upload without one. See my wall
