Smith’s was an okay shopping experience, store was generally organized and had what I needed, but a few sections felt a bit messy and checkout took longer than expected. Staff were fine, just not very attentive during my visit. Decent for quick grocery runs, but not the most efficient trip.

It was my first visit here. Lots of parking with handicap access. Interior is very neat and clean. Everything is well displayed. The produce dept was outstanding. I spoke with Justin the produce manager. He provided valuable information to my queries. I met Louis in the bakery dept. He was very pleasant and friendly. They have a self checkout station which is convenient. Restrooms are available. Electric carts are available for the handicap.

The bakery did a GREAT JOB with their custom online cake order. I will definitely be back for more cakes!!! 🎂 😉

I Love Smiths but I do not like the digital coupons. The price should just be marked on sale for all shoppers. The digital stuff makes it hard on the elders. It also causes longer wait times when the cashier is trying to help someone to navigate the Digital Coupons.

Update: was shopping and deli guys saw me. Told me they received the email and how it was cold blooded. Anyhow... thanks for acknowledgement even tho I did not order anything from deli. Thank u DeeDee, the manager for addressing the issue Deli is awful. Waited and no acknowledgement from any staff. AJ knew I was waiting and still proceeded to not help. Anthony was in front and saw me waiting and still no acknowledgement. I had to say something first. This store needs managers to train staff right. Hire the right people. The deli use to be great here
