Dacey at the Smith's Fuel Center is always kind, polite, friendly, and professional. One day I stopped by with my young daughter, and Dacey was incredibly sweet and welcoming to her. My daughter talked about it for the rest of the day and couldn't stop mentioning how nice Dacey had been to her. It's amazing how a simple act of kindness can make such a positive impact. Thank you, Dacey, for always providing outstanding customer service and for making our visit so memorable.

This store instantly became my go-to when I moved here a couple of years back as I’m always doing Instacart their throughout the day but I want to make a ware at night mainly is the best! , and honestly, it's all thanks to the incredible team at night shift, I'm there in and out doing my Instacart order , at all different hours, so I've pretty much met everyone – and every single employee has been genuinely kind, helpful, and just plain happy. without us even having to ask I always see an employee ready to help ,That kind of thoughtful service is so rare these days, and it was incredibly refreshing. Since I'm already singing their praises, I have to add that the store is always spotless, incredibly organized, consistently stocks what I need, and the produce section is simply beautiful. And the cherry on top? There's always a real human being at the checkout. As someone who's not a fan of self-checkout, that makes a huge difference to me. And the main workers I’ve always had great contact with of Excellent service is Tracy for one she the best so beautiful and Shay, Ms.Leanna that’s my girl, omg Raul is omg just so sweet, Don is always in the great mood and Brenda she’s sweet as well Which is the night shift especially is why I’m mainly there during those shift at night their the best I hope management can see how well the services is giving during their night shift Thank you all for making shopping such a pleasant experience! Thank you to the employees at Sahara for your kindness, friendliness and professionalism. I'm going to miss this location as I just moved. I tried the Smith's near my new home and the store was absolutely clean and great however the customer service has much to be desired. Again thank you for always smiling, greeting customers and being so helpful. My bakery friends thank you. Everyone I gifted a cupcake absolutely loved them. Keep up the great work.

I arrived at this location at 9:15 PM and I spoke to the young lady behind the service desk and she said that the customer service closes at 8:45 PM. I called to speak at the store manager. She answered the phone I asked for the store manager And she came on and said her name was Elva. She was impersonating the store manager, saying that she was a store manager because I recognize her voice. she was not the store manager. She was the girl that was behind the counter when I came into the store I mean, what kind of laziness is that with a customer subjected to being lied to about being a store manager, which is not the store manager, disappointing the store the young lady needs to be not terminated, but she needs to be reprimanded and she used to do her job!!!!

Extremely poor service by manager on duty Tracy - I’ll start by stating that I frequent this specific supermarket every other week and have never witnessed (nor received this type of disregard/rudeness/simply not caring for customer’s needs); I ran in late Saturday evening to pick up a few necessities and over heard customer’s interaction about returning unopened products with receipt. Customer seemed distraught as he was met with laughter saying this receipt is over 30 days old! I’ve returned products to this specific store, and under both circumstances those managers on duty apologized for any inconvenience and didn’t even ask for receipt (they looked up/verified my previous purchases with phone number/smith’s rewards account). No excuse for Tracy to not have provided kinder words/tones/empathy. So much for "Fresh & Quality Guarantee" where they will make it right with a replacement or refund if a customer is dissatisfied with a purchase. 🙄😞😳😣 Be better Tracy (with great power comes great responsibility) - the rest of your team doesn’t deserve 1 star review because you couldn’t afford customers the same great service that is always provided when you’re not in charge
