Super nice staff, very clean, lots of parking, and lots of dietary options! A few cents to a dollar more than going to Walmart tho. But way better options than Walmart. This review is made just after the grant opening. I saw on Reddit that they plan to build a McDonalds & Chase in front, apartments across, and a bunch of other stuff along that intersection. Publix and Sheetz are great, but I wish they had better restaurants. For now it is quite safe and not too crowded. I am going to kind of miss the ruralness of it a bit.

A few weeks ago, I called to make a order for 500 cupcakes for our church's grand opening. I spoke to Cynthia, she was sweetly shocked about the number of cupcakes I requested. She very nicely explained to me that I missed the order deadline by 38 minutes. However, she offered to have Rebecca the manager call me to see if there was something that could be done. I spoke to Rebecca, she had 250 cupcakes on hand but not the number I was requesting. She offered to call other store to see if they could help bring the requested number up to par. After about and hour, Rebecca called me back with great news, she found the other 250 cupcakes! Ana at customer service was wonderful to work with, as she completed of the transaction I picked them up early Sunday morning, and had the honor of meeting Rebecca in person, who again went the extra mile to make sure those 500 cupcakes safely make to my car, even given me tips on how to stack them in the car to transport. She was great! The cupcakes were perfect, and everyone commented on how delicious they were. Customer service, is the entity that can make or break a business. Rest assured that if you patronize Publix at Buffaloe Bend, and have the honor to encounter Rebecca, Cynthia, Ana, who are prime examples of great customer service, I believe that you will have the same experience. WELL DONE LADIES, WELL DONE!!

What a clean and beautiful store! Every single employee was so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to coming here to pick up prescriptions, grabbing a quick bite to eat, and doing our regular grocery shopping.

This new grocery supermarket is my new favorite because they have the ingredients I needed for my new diet. The staff members are so helpful when you are searching for something and help is readily available when needed. I would highly recommend this store.

I ordered a custom birthday cake and smash cake from here, they both tasted amazing. My baby loved his smash cake.
