As a lifelong fan of Publix, it’s the little things that always made me want to continue shopping there. Unfortunately, this location seems to lack the attention or care for those type of details. Numerous times I’ve stopped in on the way home during dinner time (6pm-7pm) and there will be little to no chicken dinners available. I would think, around dinner time with huge sporting events tonight (World Cup, NBA Finals) they’d have non-breaded spicy chicken wings available. They did not. Did they have any coming out soon? No they did not. Okay let’s swing by and grab some 5 dollar sushi. I’ve always been able to get a small container of eel sauce to go with a few containers of sushi. Could they give me a small container of eel sauce? No. The front end customer service staff are always positive and welcoming, fast and efficient. Let’s not forget the attention to detail George Jenkins founded this company on.

We ordered a cutting cake and two sheet cakes, and two varieties of appetizers, for my daughter's wedding. The cakes were delicious, and while the jeweled brie was not a big hit, the prosciutto skewers were gone in a couple of minutes. You wouldn't know that this was a budget option. Everything tasted like it came from a high-end caterer.

I ordered a cake for a birthday party a week in advance and received a call 30 min before the scheduled pick up time that the cake wouldn’t be ready until 4 hours after the birthday party was over! I had to scramble to find another store that would decorate a cake for me in 30 minutes.

I go here often. For the most part it's fine. They have vegan options so I like that the most. That's the main reason I go. The workers are polite when I've asked them questions. Just 1 time I got sick after eating at the cooked food area. But I still give 4 stars because it was just then. And I just don't eat from that part any more. But I do recommend the store to anyone especially if you need vegan options. Luv the vegan chips.

One of my favorite places to shop surpassing Harris Teeter definitely Lowes Food Lion love Publix. Everything is fresh all the time. Great sales buy one get one all the time with a big list of food.
