Man!! One of the best stores in old city . So clean ! So neat. Everything is well maintained . Shelves are well organized. Great job guys. I don’t know why people are complaining about em having pricy stuff, come on people old city is expensive ,have you ever gone to the 7-eleven down the corner? they are even more expensive . It’s a tourist spot and it’s obvious that prices are gonna be high. All that apart their sandwiches are the best . I have been eating since years now , I never fell sick or had any issue. The sandwiches are the most affordable sandwiches in the entire area I feel . 6$ for a sandwich! The pot pie soup is also amazing , I wait every winter for it. Anyways spread love if you can ! Stop spreading false stuff for no reason! -Pranav

The best Ruben I've had in YEARS. It smelled so great while the guy in the deli grilled my sandwich. 😁 I told it smelled so good I was about to wet my pants. 😁 GREAT deli selection of my favorite brand.

There is nothing more Philly than an authentic neighborhood deli like this one. Been coming here for my Italian hoagies for 17 years and never once had a bad sandwich. The staff is friendly and knows their customers, and will always greet you with a smile and fantastic service. Everything is reasonably priced, unlike all the tourist traps that line Market Street past this point. Despite the no-frills appearance, you will not be disappointed!

Came in for a quick sandwich and some drinks. The lady working the front was so kind, so was the gentlemen working the deli. I was reminded why I miss living in Philadelphia.

I get a sandwich, once a week, sometimes twice a week lol, they are so good! Chicken salad hoagie is my go to of choice! But they have many other good selections! You’re greeted with a smile, and hello! The prices aren’t bad either! So if you’re down in Old City, and want a great sandwich or wrap, pay a visit to Old City Food Market! I guarantee, you’ll be glad you did!
