One of the best Publix supermarkets that I’ve been to. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Great store layout that doesn’t change too much (which is good). I frequent the deli, meat department and bakery often. Fresh produce section is very well stocked and constantly rotated. I do, however, wish that more registers would remain open in the evenings.

Always clean. Always professional. Best quality of meats and vegetables the price may be a little bit higher but it is worth it.

It was 10 o’clock at night and pouring outside when we walked out of Publix on Highway 70, trying to juggle our groceries and our toddler. Phil and a lady associate immediately rushed over, offering us an umbrella and the lady offered a raincoat so we wouldn’t get soaked on the way to our car. Their kindness and genuine care went above and beyond anything we expected. Publix on Highway 70 continues to live up to its reputation for outstanding customer service — we felt truly taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

I have an emotional support animal named Reese. As soon as I walked into the store, the store manager, Nathan, stopped me. Asked me what type of support is the dog used for. I told for emotional support since I have social anxiety. He looked up his phone and gave me tennessee law that forbids emotional support animals from entering a business. I was highly upset and shaken by it. I told him that federal law allows me to have an emotional support animal if I have a legitimate mental or physical illness. He asked me what I was getting? I told him just coffee. So he allowed me to get the decaf coffee and was rang up. After checking out, I told him to give me corporates number because I wanted to discuss with corporate about how I was treated as an individual with mental disabilities. He gave me the number and said "as a human being, you have a lovely dog." I told him back that " to be honest, I dont give a damn as you are a human being. You don't should not single me out in public because I have an emotional support dog. The worst part was that I shopped here for years. Shame on you, publix for shaming me and my emotional support dog. I guess publix does not care for pets and individuals with disabilities. Below is proof of my receipt that I was there.
