I drove 15 minutes here to get a money order on my lunch break. all for them to tell me they needed my id. I have never in the past 3 years had to do this. if im using my card and my pin number then I dont see why I would have to do this. If they are going to do this , then everyone needs to. that's not right for some workers to require it and others not to. As well as other stores. I just hate that I had to waste the time. So heads up you will need driver's license for money order if your paying card.

There were 2 cashiers and a manager that were not only obnoxiously rude but loud and up in personal space all because they had no clue how to their job and making a scene for other customers to think it was the customers. They couldn't figure out how to online pay that 4 others places this evening had no issues successfully processing the payment. Where has customer service gone to? Store manager did nothing to deescalate or correct the issue either. Any manager that would let his employees disrespect a customer just trying to pay for groceries with a valid payment isn't doing a managers job very well. Maybe he got interrupted sitting in his office being lazy on a Saturday evening. Pitiful behavior. I have kids at age 5 showing more respect then these angry employees. Made my first shopping experience at a publix a horrific one. Shame on you and the store.

Another nice adventure in Publix. Extra helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked with a variety of good stuff. Whenever we're in Nashville, this is the only store we go to.
