Unfortunately, my most recent experiences left me disappointed. During one visit, I witnessed a woman who appeared to be a manager, Helen, publicly reprimanding an employee in front of guests. There was a long line at the time, and the interaction felt uncomfortable to watch. She appeared visibly upset and was tossing items into a cart while speaking to the employee. Regardless of the circumstances, I felt the conversation should have been handled privately and more professionally. It came across as degrading and likely embarrassed the employee in front of customers. On another occasion, I arrived at approximately 11:52 PM when the store’s posted closing time was midnight. I only needed one item, but I was not allowed to enter. While I understand employees need time to close and complete end-of-day tasks, the interaction felt dismissive and inconsistent with the customer service I have come to expect from the store. I still appreciate the store’s selection and value, but these experiences reflected poorly on the leadership and overall customer experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to foster a more professional environment for both employees and customers.

Employee Cole was super helpful and highly professional as he helped me look for Cayenne Pepper supplements. Turn out they don't carry it any longer. He spent time looking for the item on the shelf checking with other staff members and looked online. He then told me they sell Cayenne Pepper/ Ginger vials in the health section. This level of customer service is very rare. This young man is a HUGE asset to this store.

I just received my order, and for some reason the bags didn’t have handles. Why has the store suddenly started selling handle-less bags for 10 cents? I literally just got my delivery, and the driver had to carry those bags in his arms because there were no handles. Do you really think it’s acceptable for a store of this level to sell bags like that? If you believe that customers who order online and aren’t physically present in the store can be treated this way — that’s honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable.

I honestly don’t understand why this store gives customers bags without handles. What’s the point of that? It makes carrying items unnecessarily inconvenient, especially if you have more than a few things. For a store of this level, I would expect better attention to basic customer experience. Providing bags without handles feels cheap and poorly thought out. Please reconsider this — it’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.

Normally I don’t review supermarkets unless they standout. This is one of those places with a very big hot foods and deli section. This place has it all. I didn’t take a photo but it has a very large liquor section with excellent selections of all kinds!
