They have flowers, some good deals on foods and groceries. Check out the weekly sale, staff is friendly. There’s plenty of parking but could be challenging when is high traffic demand. Most if the time I can find what I need no problem. The ladies at the deli are very nice!

I visited Ralphs around 6:50 a.m. after leaving Planet Fitness to pick up a few items for my post-workout breakfast. I grabbed two pineapples that were marked with a weekly digital deal for $1.99 each instead of the regular $3.99 price. At self-checkout, the pineapples did not ring up at the sale price, so I waited for assistance after the screen indicated that help was on the way. The employee working the self-checkout area, Rosa, who appeared to be part of management based on her name tag, was assisting another customer at the time, and I noticed that her tone toward that customer came across as rude and dismissive, which was concerning. When I politely said, “Excuse me, whenever you have a moment, could you please help me with this?” I did not receive any acknowledgment and was left waiting for several minutes. What concerned me most was the lack of customer service and communication. Even a simple acknowledgment such as “I’ll be right with you” would have made a big difference. Instead, I felt overlooked while other customers were being helped. I eventually moved to another self-checkout station and was able to figure out the issue on my own. The discount required saving the coupon in the Ralphs app and then scanning my rewards card, which I was not initially aware of. A brief explanation from staff could have resolved the issue in seconds. I typically receive good customer service at this location, which is why today’s experience stood out and was especially disappointing. My concern is less about the pricing issue itself and more about the level of customer service provided during this visit. Seeing another customer also be treated rudely made the experience even more concerning, especially if this employee is part of the management team. I hope this can be addressed so customers continue to feel acknowledged, respected, and supported, especially at self-checkout.

I’ve had it with this Ralph’s. Long lines. They never open up the other registers despite a bunch of reps walking around. Trifling and they do not care about the community’s time or money.

Came to this Ralph's to shop today was looking around for an electric cart as I am differently abled..One of the staff Informed me that the store doesn't have any electric carts.she further explain that the store never reordered those cart after they went missing. To hear that a store in such a diverse area doesn't care about its shoppers is sad to hear.

Ok, by far this is thee best Ralph's I've came to. BTW I only came here because they had a particular item I needed for dinner on DATE NIGHT with my gf. What made this experience? Great. People were very willing to help me took me to the places. If they couldn't find the answer, they searched it on their phone, everybody was excellent. And very, very nice, and just the customer service here prompts me to come back over here over and over.Thank you guys.You're doing a great job
