I seriously love love love this Ralph’s ! They always have the prettiest flower to and the workers are typically very nice.I was there today though 5/27 around 345 and whomever was taking care of flower station was very rude and inattentive. Talking on the phone instead of assisting when I was asking direct questions. Overall very poor experience. If you go avoid interacting with here

Unbelievable service these days! I had to stop by and commend and write a review. Mgr (as it turns out) Dallas answered the phone on the second ring and not only confirmed they carried a meat special but ran to check if they had it in stock. I always knew they were friendly (also the Olympic/Beverly Drive and the Raintree Culver City stores) Always happy to shop here even if their prices seem higher!

It's a good neighborhood supermarket where you get what you pay for. I say neighborhood because it's two or three blocks away from where we live so it's very convenient if we need something in a pinch. It's not high-end like Bristol Farms or Whole Foods but you're not paying high-end prices either. They have a good produce selection where you can pretty much find it anything you need. The meat department is okay. It's generally clean and the people that work there are friendly. It's not one of the bigger Ralph's markets and although it had some freshening up a couple of years ago, it could still use a facelift.

It's a grocery store it's better than the pavilions in Beverly Hills by a thousand percent but the place feels old and run down. And always prices are too high. Grocery stores are starting to think they're in the retail business their pastries cost as much as a restaurant charges

Generally clean everyone I’ve visited and always well stocked. The selections is less than a normal Ralph’s but overall a good location to get groceries.
