I gotta say, the catering wraps have been a constant disappointment. Here's what you get, versus what's advertised. You get half the wrap. A retraining or an update to their store photo might be needed. That being said, the staff has always been incredibly nice and friendly. I've shopped here for a few years now and they've treated me well, and the manager handled a previous poor catering situation very well. The store deserves a lot of credit for that.

I almost don’t want to either this because I don’t want it to get out how great this location is. I lived in the area over 14 years and through the store renovation and it is just a gem of a grocery store in this area. Always terrific and helpful staff available to assist with any question, great products and selections and just a real enjoyable experience every time. Even on those long tough days from work a life, I find myself leaving with a smile.

Pretty terrible and unprofessional experience here. I called and spoke with a man in the deli to order food for my kids birthday the next day. My fiancé gets there an hour before the party for pickup, and the lady in the deli is telling him there’s no order, (it was there and clearly under the name he was giving her) and I must’ve submitted it at the wrong store. I had to call myself, and after 10 minutes of me trying to figure it out, she realizes it’s there but they made the wrong food item. And tells me “Well I just do what I’m told on the ticket.” Okay? No help whatsoever. I had to try to get her manager for any kind of help. This man was SO unprofessional and disrespectful. He told me I was pretty much lying and must’ve ordered the wrong food myself? Huh? I would’ve had no issue fixing it myself had that been the case. Refused to offer any solution, tried to “catch” me in lies repeatedly and I truly felt like I was on another planet or arguing with a child. He just kept interrupting me about how everything I said must’ve been wrong and he then told me he was “not dealing with me” and put me on hold and put someone else on the phone. I was only offered a solution (which was to just send me bread as if that’s so hard. Since they made a meat and cheese platter when I ordered pinwheels/sandwhiches) after speaking with the woman over general customer service, once she realized I didn’t order it online, it was ordered over the phone and entered (incorrectly) by an employee. (I had told each of them that multiple times.) It was a mistake made by Publix employees, no responsibility was taken, and I was practically insulted multiple times. We shop here and pay premium prices for quality and service. Extremely disappointing experience to say the least, and almost cost my children their birthday party experience, as we didn’t have another option for food 20 minutes prior to 50 people arriving. Will not be trusting them again. And that male manager should not be in a supervisory space.

A young man today, 1/22/26, had prepared me a hot meal from the deli area here at Publix. He was very polite and had a great attitude and conversation. He even suggested I try the "1930's" sauce with my chicken tender meal. Which I did and it's amazing. This young man deserves praise. I didn't catch his name but he works at the deli section and is here on a Thursday, at 11am.

Produce 08.13.2025. Update: I purchased an item. I told the cashier that the price is lower than showing up on their records. I went back, took a pic and went to CS. They refunded the entire price I paid. The item was free. Score.
