I want to share an extraordinary experience I had last Sunday involving a customer service associate named Grisella. I was desperately trying to find a safety pin or a small sewing kit because the split in the back of my skirt was too high for church, and I was completely stressed out and running out of time. After trying stores like Family Dollar and CVS with no luck, I ran into Publix. Grisella greeted me at the desk, and when we realized the store didn't have safety pins or sewing kits, she didn't just turn me away. She actually volunteered to walk out to her own car in the parking lot because she thought she might have a needle and thread in her vehicle. I told her she didn't have to do that, but she insisted. She came back inside with the kit and then went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced: she came with me to the restroom and personally sewed my skirt up for me so I could make it to church comfortably. I was so incredibly grateful that I tried to give her cash as a tip to show my appreciation, but she absolutely refused to take it under any circumstances, even after I insisted. As someone who has been a customer service specialist myself for over 15 years, I was completely blown away. This wasn't just good customer service; this was a beautiful display of human kindness, empathy, and morals. Grisella went over the top to help a stranger in a moment of distress purely out of the goodness of her heart. She is an absolute gem, and I hope management recognizes what a rare and beautiful soul they have working for them. Thank you, Grisella!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They take 3 days to fill a simple script or won't fill it at all because the pharmacist is on a high horse power trip. Why on earth are you a pharmacy that refuses to fill medication. That's your job!!

Love shopping here during the week day. But after 4:30 pm it’s a madhouse! Probably because it’s on the route home from work for many people. I don’t recommend coming from 5-8 pm. Otherwise it’s easy to shop here and staff is friendly.

This seems to be an ok location, but the service isn't the best or not what I'm use to from Publix. I came in to pickup an online platter order. I stood over by the Online Order sign near the deli and after a few minutes of workers walking by (one did say she'll be there) another came and said I had to go to Catering. Went there and no one was there, but a blue shirt male employee came after helping a lady with balloons. He said nothing. The lady at Catering came and had someone on hold so she proceeded with the call, which was fine. She didn't ask what I needed. Blue shirt came back with the balloon customer who wanted to buy something additional, which he had given her a label for. He gave the lady on the phone the sticker to ring the other lady up and still didn't ask if he could help me as I'm standing there calmly with my children. The lady wasn't able to ring it up, so he walked with balloon lady to the register. The caterer still hadn't asked what I needed. I started looking for other employees or anyone to come grab my order out of the fridge I assumed it was in. I think we stood there for 15 min, but it felt like 30. FINALLY, caterer said she was sorry and I said I just need to grab an order. She got it in 2 seconds apologized and I proceeded to leave. Once I got outside, I realized the mustard and mayo packets were missing. I just couldn't go back to wait another 20 minutes. The service and attention to customers could improve. Also, I did get a call that my sandwich platter couldn't be split into 2 trays, which was great to get the call, but awful that it couldn't be done. I've ordered these platters several times from 3 other Publix stores and they all split the platter into 2 trays or offered to give me another small platter. We do this during the school year for a non-profit and the food are for middle school aged kids who at split male/female groups. I will not order at this location again, even if we're servicing a school within the area.

Omg, Please retrain the Deli sandwich preparers to NEVER RUDELY yell and mistreat our healthcare workers/any customer. That was traumatizing to witness as the female worker would not stop being rude to the young lady on her healthcare work break. Very scary to witness.
