As a longtime Publix customer, I'm disgusted by my recent experience. The bread was swarming with flies and gnats—a health hazard that almost made me vomit. My boyfriend and I always split a whole sandwich, customizing each half to fit my religious dietary need of no meat. But this time, they rang us up for a two separate sandwiches instead the typical single Boar's Head meat sandwich, even though they were the same just half was just veggies. Instead of the usual \$11.99, they charged us \$17 and can at us with a hostile unhelpful attitude am shocked that lady could be so high up in management based off our first interaction she completely lacks all customer service skills when we calmly asked for the correct price. The rudeness was shocking. It's heartbreaking to be treated so poorly at a store I've always loved. I'm done with this location—they don't deserve anyone business. I wish more could be done other than a one star review.

We were very disappointed with our experience. Our order at the deli was not ready on time (claimed they didn't have our order in the system) for my son's 3rd birthday party, causing us to be late and adding unnecessary stress to an important day. We also had to ask for a compromise or compensation instead of it being offered. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below our expectations.

kitchen Only- The quality has changed at this location. Food here taste old even when it fresh and cook to order. There serving dishes looks like they never get scrubbed only washed. You can see the old food build up. Rather just go across the street. ( This is for hot food only) Deli is clean.

Included in my purchase today were three hoagie rolls from the deli. When I got to checkout — after spending over $110 on the simplest items — the cashier asked, ‘Do you like buying just plain bread?” I used it as a teaching moment. I explained that I actually like making my own hoagies, cheese steaks, and garlic bread. Wow.
