Great place to shop. Store is always kept very clean, organized and customer service is great. Fresh fruit and veggies. Great selection of healthy snacks and meal prep ideas. I always find everything I need and then some. Love going through the fruit areas to see what's new. Nice selection of mixed fruit and fresh made salads. Variety of frozen items and icecream. They carry gift cards and large choice of every occasion cards and gift bag accessories. Pet supplies and variety of kitchen items. Bakery is awsome with variety of choices and handmade subs.

This location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Especially the cashier named JooYoung. That guy is extremely rude and nonchalant. He seems to only speak to certain people (colleagues or select customers) but never acknowledges any other customers from my observation. I had to speak to him twice for him to acknowledge me, and when he did, he was snarky and seemed as though I was aggravating him, by just simply greeting him. This location definitely does not uphold the morals and values of Publix.

Good afternoon this is one of the best grocery stores across the United States of America that's why they call it Publix because they care about their customers and they love to do things right and when you walk in the door you are greeted with happiness and full service of assistance 🤨👍🙊🙉🙈❤️💯⚒️🤞🤞

Went to my neighborhood Publix to get dinner. Upon arrival realized that it was Super Bowl Sunday and that chicken wings were out the question. To my surprise….the rotisserie chicken was empty and they didn’t even have it on their agenda to start more. They were only catering to online fried chicken wing orders. Not the fried family chicken 8 piece or the rotisserie chicken. I think it’s extremely inconsiderate to only cater to online wing orders when this is a brick and motor store. Not everyone is trying to get wings for the superbowl. I think that’s extremely poor time management that there isn’t a few minutes set aside to put more rotisserie chicken on. They were solely focused on online wing orders. The lady that was running the show was extremely rude and not of any assistance. She told me that whatever chicken was left over would be available for the people that were walk-in customers. But she could not give me a timeframe of how long that would be. She would not even tell me how I could order the chicken or if it was too late to even place an order for an Any type of chicken. I think Publix knows this day is coming every single year and they need to prepare better for it. I understand there is limited resources to frying chicken. But there should be no excuse to why there are no rotisserie chickens available or even in the process of cooking.

Shout out to Michael who helped us in the bakery at 9pm! You made my teams 1 year of business cake so special for me to surprise them. We were shocked he was working that late in the bakery cleaning up probably doing closing tasks but when asked if he were able to write something for us on a cake, he quickly said yes and even helped us choose the flavor and size! We then asked where we could go to get balloons filled and he called for help to come over and assist right away. 5 stars all around for giving great customer service Michael and not letting us feel like an inconvenience! You helped another customer service person out more than you know.
