The produce is fresh, the bakery smells amazing every time I walk in, and the deli stays on point with fast, friendly service. Employees greet you, actually help you find things, and treat you like a valued customer instead of rushing you along. Checkout is smooth, and the store consistently feels safe, bright, and welcoming. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and the overall experience is just a step above other grocery stores. This is the kind of Publix that makes “Where shopping is a pleasure” feel true every visit.

Ms. Cheryl in Deli was amazing! She has such a great personality and made both of my orders perfect! There was also another lady working beside her and assisting other customers. She was amazing as well! They both had been there all day and still managed to keep a smile on their face all the while providing exceptional customer service!

Congratulations was in order on top of my birthday falling on Easter this year . Decided to get a cake for myself. Everyone was amazing in the bakery. Michelle made sure that my cake was perfect. I really appreciate the entire time there . The day was special because of there kindness ❤️

The seafood person ( overweight white male with dirty blonde hair working tonight 11/18/25 was extremely rude, so much so I opted from purchasing seafood this evening. He was having a conversation with someone but afterwards when the woman walked away, I stepped forward. At this point he was busy counting fish and restocking the display. I waited patiently and was looking at the seafood selection. I’m not sure when he finished counting the fish but when I looked up to see if he was done, he was just standing their staring at me and made this look on his face curling the corner of his lips and shrugging his shoulders as if I were bothering him. What happened to saying “ how can I help you? Or can I get you something?” Instead he acted as if he were waiting on me. I told him I don’t want to bother you and walked away. I don’t know what his issue is but I don’t appreciate the micro aggression. If he could be friendly to the previous customer, he could have been friendly to me. The only difference was our skin color. We bleed the same red blood. I’m thoroughly disappointed.
