Dom in the deli is the Dom of Subs! He’s a very courteous and friendly. The subs were well made , not sloppy, and made as requested. We didn’t just get subs, we got a great experience. He has a good sense of humor! As a customer service manager for 24 years I can say that Employees like Dom are the ones you want to retain: They keep the clientele coming back for more. I know we will.

Get the ultimate sub and put whatever on it you like. Also, get the chocolate chip cookies that come in the two dozen package. Make sure to order Boar's Head meat

Really annoyed with my visit to this store earlier... I asked the lady at self checkout why my item wasnt ringing up BOGO as the sign advertised... She began quizzing me about where it said BOGO (on the sign in front of the item!) and said if I wanted the sale price that I would need to go back across the store and take a picture of THEIR advertisement to prove that it was in fact BOGO. That or pay for both items.... Nevermind that I have been working all day at my own retail job on a prosthetic leg. I told her nevermind, that I didn't want the items. I wasnt walking back across the store to take a picture of the sale. I mean, I dont work for Publix... She then acted like I had some nerve not buying the items. Sorry, but I'm already paying crazy jacked up prices for good customer service and this, Ma'am, is NOT IT.... One Star. Not happy!

Publix are usually kept to a standard however this location is one of the ones that's at the bottom. Not enough variety of items as other Publixes and many homeless people around. It's 5 stars comparing to the location it's at. Employees are generally very friendly however have their guard up more than Publixes in nicer areas.. which is also understandable. It's really the people who come to that location that make it feel worse.

1. Always clean 2. Less waiting in lines, comparing to other locations 3. Employees always have smile on their face and never complained. Always have what I'm looking for and never run out of items.
