Always have a great experience at the store. Very busy location compared to the other ones. However, it’s convenient and they have good Bogo‘s. Great for snack runs too!

I have always enjoyed shopping at this particular Publix location. I visited there today for lunch for one of their great subs and was greeted by Gabe. He was the most thorough, professional, attentive to every detail of each request, deli rep I have ever experienced. The way he displayed customer service was exemplary in every way, to each and every detail. He greeted each person professionally, courteously, very pleasantly, and created each sub and salad so beautifully. He changed his gloves after each service and I thanked him because I am a vegetarian - he promptly said it was part of Publix policy to change his gloves so I learned something new today about Publix policy. 👍 He also remembered that vegetarian subs are entitled to extra cheese and I did not have to ask about it, unfortunately many other local store deli reps neglect that small but important detail. He made sure to verbally repeat each topping I asked for and I never had to repeat my requests. He wrapped the sandwich so neatly and with such detail - I should have taken a picture of it... he did the same for the bag it was served in. What a pleasant lunch experience and worth the wait in line. Although I assume he is of a different ability, Gabe made me proud to be served by him, and happy I chose Publix for lunch today. I couldn't wait to share the experience with my friends! Way to go Gabe! So many other Publix deli locations in our city could learn a lot about customer service from him. Bravo Roosevelt Publix and please let Gabe know he is appreciated very much!

The delivery service in this store is unbearable slow. I give it 3-4 chances before review but no much improvement per visit. Order online, still not ready after 45 minutes. An hour overall after notifying the manager. In-line, 30 minutes for a simple a simple sandwich. Wouldn't recommend for deli section.

Just a regular Publix. Staff are nice. Getting a sub is usually slow and expect it to be late if you order online. Prices got too high for me so I went to other stores for my essentials. Even just getting a small basket of items comes up to about $70 at Publix when I can get a whole week's worth of groceries for that much elsewhere.

I'm genuinely trying to understand Publix reasoning in having enough employees scheduled in the deli to only leave one elderly woman run the entire deli sub line by herself between 12pm and 2pm. If you're thinking you can submit a sub order online, scheduled for pick it up at 1:30pm and pick it up at 1:30pm, think again. I stood waiting patiently until a woman walked up to me from the very back of the deli at 1:36pm and asked me my name. When I gave it to her, she turned and walked away without saying anything else. Make it make sense... How am I supposed to know what is going on with my order in this scenario, without chasing someone down to find out if they're even close to making my order? I stood there a little longer only to see her go back to the back and start talking to another employee before prepping and wrapping another order that was clearly not mine. Is this the legendary Publix customer service that your customers pay more to shop at Publix for? I had to leave without my order by the way, so I could make it back to my office before my lunch break ended. Thanks, Publix!
