The deli always has hot chicken wings and freshly roasted chicken. The deli area usually takes a while to serve due to the high volume of customers wanting their products. this location, You can find Latin products, which is a disadvantage compared to other locations where there are more options for products to make a recipe. Its seems that this location has less staff to provide assistance.

If you survive the parking garage… you’ll find the deli has perfectly sliced tomatoes ready for a sandwich. I have never seen so many tomatoes sliced in such an organized manner. They made an awesome sandwich for me!

Deli manager was screaming at employees in front of customers and constantly telling them they were wrong although she was in the wrong. Made for a weird atmosphere buying in the deli. If the manager treats her employees like that, I can’t imagine how many things went wrong because of her. Not returning until there’s a change in management!

This older lady like 60s cashier on line one today , horrible customer service. I could tell how friendly she was with a male customer in front of me , and when it was my turn to pay , she plays dumb and doesn't even look at me in the eye

I would like to share my recent experience at Publix the pastry department, where I encountered some challenges that I believe can be addressed. When I arrived, I was excited to order several items from the display case, but I found myself waiting for assistance for about 13 minutes. I understand that it can get busy, but I felt a little lost during that time. When I approached a staff member for help, I didn’t receive the guidance I was hoping for. I also noticed that other customers were helping themselves to items from the display case, one customer explained that he had no other choice than self service and opens the class window and crab a cake. which made me a bit uncertain about the process. I appreciate the hard work of your team, and I believe that enhancing customer service in this area could greatly improve the shopping experience for everyone. Thank you for considering my feedback!
