I came to this Publix looking for some dried strawberries as soon as I walked into the produce section I was asked by DONOVAN if I needed help. I had already been to 3 different places looking for dried strawberries with no luck this would’ve been the 4th. Donovan called another associate and the associate led us to the section where they would’ve been looked at the shelf and said we are out. But Donovan didn’t give us he started moving the products around and sure enough there they were. He was patient, and genuinely trying to help me. It’s very hard to come across employees that want to help and I really appreciate this employee. He took his time, went above and beyond and best of all put a smile on my face!!! From a happy customer!!! Thank you Donovan, keep being humble and keep being you!!!

Like everywhere...Publix is usually the largest grocery store with great selections, clean and bright stores and helpful staff...but they are also the MOST expensive. This was the closest grocery chain to our hotel, so convenient for picking up a couple of items, just not budget-friendly. Covered parking for rainy day shopping.

This is a great store to shop at because the staff is attentive, cordial, and very professional. The store is immaculately clean always and centrally located, especially for those patrons using public (#37 & #11 buses) transportation. You will find most anything that is necessary to produce an award winning meal or to satisfy a wide variety of ethnic tastes and/or palates. The building and the store itself is an architectural gem, which truly enhances your mood and shopping experience. This particular store is quite enormous, which makes a large crowd seem much smaller. Nothing but kudos for this particular store. Online shopping, in-store pick up, curbside pick up, etc. are favorable attributes. The only thing that may be a liability is the parking. Tell them Jay says this store is highly recommended!

I was in the deli trying to order and the man that helped me had no idea what I was asking for, when I said what I wanted. I spoke in English and then Spanish and he was completely lost! I asked for half a pound of white cheddar cheese and gave me a pound he didn’t even know what cheddar cheese was . I had to point it out to him. Next, I ordered London Broil roast beef and he started slicing chicken!The man next to me was an American and the lady that tended to him didn’t know English! This store should employ bilingual personnel and train them correctly! The cashier had the same problem, she didn’t understand English! Horrible experience for anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish!

It has a great selection of products and specials, the Bogo, buy one, get one free. Aisles well organized and a clean store, make shopping experience easy. Has a cafeteria and pharmacy. Don't forget to get a subs from the Deli, they are delicious and made at your order, make combo with chips and a drink. Has a self checkout, making faster your way. Associates are friendly and helpful.
