I have been to this location several times, and each time I have been met with employees who do not speak enough English to understand me. It has led to me having multiple unpleasant experiences, the most recent of which has taken the cake. Although I only speak, English fluently, I have never made an issue and tried my best to communicate with the staff in the deli. During my most recent visit, I did not have as much free time as usual. As many times as I went out of my way to be understanding towards those who do not fully speak or understand English, I was treated terribly when I finally had the courage to speak up for myself because I was tired of being misunderstood and my daughter was getting impatient. The way those people looked at me and treated me afterwards was extremely uncomfortable and I do not appreciate it. That’s the end of me being understanding.

I visited the Publix at Landing River Mall on April 17th after being disappointed by a pizza place across the court (and hungry as the food there was unsafe). I decided to grab an Italian sandwich (cold cuts, salami beef ham), very good, a bag of chips, and a Dr Pepper at that supermarket. All was just $10, very cheap, but fulfilling. My cashier Linda (name on tag) was very friendly and fast. She wore a clean green apron, and all the staff looked very clean. The only thing I would mention, is that I asked 2 staff members where the deli counter was, but both only spoke Spanish and didn’t understand me, so I had to figure it out alone. Also, they don't have a lot of organic options except fruits and veggies...

I had an issue with double charge by mistake and call customer service line and I spoke to princess and she had 5 stars customer service and my issue was resolved in minutes. Amazing service since you walk in until you walk out. Thanks princess for your top notch service.

A nice and unfettered place to shop at this precise moment, being that this store recently opened. Best time to go is very early in the morn - you will then have the store pretty much to yourself! I recently visited this store and was accosted by store personnel for taking pictures to add to this particular review! The personnel I am referring to were Jessica & Annia. Micheal rushed me at the lobby exit as if I had stolen merchandise! All in all, I am sure your personal experience will be much better. A very nice store and the service is above adequate. Tell them Jay sent you - the guy taking the pics whom they said they would have the police trespass ME! JE
