Publix is often light-years ahead of any other available stores. I recently noticed my whole foods stock rising faster than my publix stock, after researching i did see that whole foods surpassed publix, at least in florida. The reason I came here today is-I'm a huge fan of Publix and frequent this particular spot. I had just picked up my Hawaiian bread when a young Gentleman by the name of Leonardo, walked up and threw the box of bread he was carrying right onto the ground. At first I thought it was an error, but after watching him he clearly had no regard or awareness of reality. He took no interest in how close he came to hitting me as he threw the box of bread down. He's haphazardly applying the price stickers with the bread sitting right on the floor. I don't believe Publix trains the workers to have such disdain for the product or the public. Its definitely not my place but let me just say I think this little Ninja turtle needs some retraining.

The reviews haven't changed in over a year THEY DO NOT CARE! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! AWFUL Customer service. Publix in general has gone downhill. Prices are higher than whole foods/trader Joe's, fresco y mas etc etc the only reason to spend more is for quality and customer service .. this location delivers neither

The store's great, and the deals are awesome, but your deli sandwich area is just ridiculously slow. Seriously, someone should study how slow they are; it's unbelievable how little they care about the customers. It's truly mind-boggling how out of touch and uncaring they seem.

The subs are too die for. Waiting for a sub is actually a 30 minute wait. Will definitely order online next time to be able to pick up instead of waiting in that line. There has to be a better way to manage the subs area due to the high demand. Especially during 12 to 2pm when lunch time comes around. I would spend my whole lunch time just waiting for a sub order which makes you decide to go elsewhere.
